The hotel had an incredible location right in front of Thun Lake with stunning views of the Alps. My room was spacious and featured a very comfortable double bed, plus a lovely balcony. The service was fantastic, particularly from the manager, who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. However, the dining options were somewhat limited, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I felt the hotel offered good value for money considering the beautiful setting and friendly service.
